I have been working with Robert-Alexandre Hollinger between 2017 and 2024.
Firstly, in my capacity as Head of Prime, APAC when he was in charge of our dedicated IT support and development team and then as co Head of Equities and Equity Derivatives when he was manager of the APAC data office.

During the first part that spanned over 6 years, he has rolled out ‘agility’ concept in our teams, strongly pushed for rationality, efficiency and robustness in the development stage while leveling up the knowledge of the support team.
The task has been complex as we developed a large number of applications, dedicated to stock loan management, inventory optimisation, trading workflows for example.
